Climbing Wall Requests and Feedback

Whether you're submitting a maintenance request—ranging from issues like blood on a hold to a tear in a mat—or sharing feedback, this is the place to do it. Climbing wall leaders can also use this form to communicate experiences, report concerns, or make requests. If you're unsure where your comment or request fits, simply select the closest related category or submit it as general feedback. The Climbing Wall Manager will review all submissions.

Location If the location is relative to your request please include as much information as possible. For example if there is a spinner please list what route it is in as well as location relative to height or other holds. "The rightmost Easy pink route on the kids' side/East side has a spinner near the second draw, it is a square hold and the third hold above the second draw."
