All participants; bring any Snow Travel soft or hard gear you have questions about using during the course.
** Bring your completed ADVANCED SNOW CLIMBING EXAM to the class.
***All participants requiring to "borrow" Pikes Peak Group club gear: specifically, "alpine crampons" please bring your "boots" that you plan to use during the field portion. We will fit these during the final portion of the class and "tape" them with your name for use on Sat/Sun field days. CLUB GEAR is not intended to be taken with you.
We will meet at Colorado Springs Fire Station #14, 1875 Dublin Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 from 6:30-9:30pm.
** It is easy to miss this building; begin looking for the "right" turn into the back parking area of the Fire Department after turning onto Dublin Blvd.
The "classroom" is located on your left as you enter the Fire Department building; restrooms are also available.
