• What can we do to get more trips on the calendar?  Are there any barriers to getting more trips on the calendar? (Does someone want to lead this?  If not, I can lead the discussion)
• Use of the planning calendar (Jim Guerra)
• Clarification and differentiation of Bobcats identity (Robbie Monsma, Jim Guerra, and Louise Campbell-Blair)
• Recognizing last year’s most active Bobcats trip leaders.  Distribute gift certificates. (Does someone want to take the lead on this)
• Dues for Bobcat membership (Who would like to lead this?)
