Scenario Session – Peak to Plains Trail
This class is only for those who are registered in CMC Trip Leader School and have COMPLETED the online CO-ASSEMBLE COURSE. This field trip session is a prerequisite for becoming a CMC trip leader, whether technical or not.

7:30 am at far end of CMC parking lot in Golden.
The objective of this Scenario session is to review and discuss best practices for all things related to being a CMC trip leader.
We will follow the Clear Creek Trail from the CMC to the Peaks to Plains trail up Clear Creek Canyon to Tunnel 1. There are bathrooms along the way. We will stop periodically to take turns reading and answering trip scenario questions. On the way back, we will stop at picnic tables to discuss trip leader best practices and responsibilities, as well as next steps. Bring a snack.
