Field trip: Trip Leader School
Scenario Session – North Table Mountain
This class is only for those who are interested in pursuing becoming a CMC trip leader. It is a prerequisite before leading a Leader in Training Hike and getting signed off as a CMC leader. As we hike we will be going over common scenarios that may arise on trips, spend time talking more about the logistics of being a leader, and discuss next steps to becoming a leader.

We will be meeting at 5pm at the main entrance of New Terrain Brewing in Golden. There is street parking outside the main brewery parking lot where we can park. There are bathrooms at the brewery.
Once gathered, we will walk over to the North Table East Access Trailhead together, from there we will be hiking the Cottonwood Canyon and Tilting Mesa trails to make a loop.
Since this is a shorter evening hike, we will most likely finish up discussion at New Terrain Brewing after, and they have food trucks if you need dinner.
