Uneva Peak
Uneva Peak stands at 12,522 ft. elevation. This peak enters the Eagles Nest Wilderness and provides great views of Copper Mountain Ski Area and the Tenmile Range.
Uneva Pass:
The trail climbs steadily up through aspen and lodgepole pine forests before reaching Uneva Pass (11,942 ft). Begin at the North Ten Mile trailhead near Frisco and follow this trail until you reach Uneva Pass at 11,942 ft. To reach Uneva Peak, follow the ridge northwest from the pass.
Uneva Peak via Vail Pass: 7 miles, 1,900' elevation gain
Hike from Vail Pass through spruce and fir forest and up the shoulder of little Uneva to Uneva Peak (12,530'). The trail head is at the exit near Vail Pass. Head east of the highway through spruce and fir forest, through meadows and up to little Uneva and Uneva Peaks. There are beautiful flowers in the meadows.
