Standley Lake
Nature, hike, and bike trails, mostly flat with some gentle slopes. Great views of the mountains and the lake.
Standley Lake Regional Park and Wildlife Refuge offers many recreational opportunities, and ties into many trail systems outside the Park. General hours are sunrise to sunset but may differ for driving in vs. walking in. Multiple trailheads accommodate different uses. No swimming/wading because the reservoir is used for drinking water but paddle boarding and kayaking are allowed May 1 to September 30 with the purchase of a daily paddle pass or annual paddle permit. The Standley Lake Nature Center schedules programs all year.
