Rosalie Trail
This important trail, #63, runs point-to-point, from Guanella Pass in the north to Bailey in the south.

This important trail, #63, runs 13 miles point-to-point, from Guanella Pass in the north to Bailey in the south. It junctions with favorite hiking trails including Mt Bierstadt (almost the same trailhead), Geneva Mountain, Abyss Trail, and Three Mile Trail, ending at the Deer Creek TH in Bailey.
The Rosalie Trail used to go straight to the Deer Creek TH but a portion has been "decommissioned" even though it can still be seen at the junctions. It is now diverted to run into the Tanglewood Trail and officially follows that to the Deer Creek TH.

A one-way thru hike: The trail starts high at Guanella Pass and starts low in Bailey. High to low is 2500' gain. Low to high is 3650' gain.
