Rampart Reservoir Trail Loop

Easy but long trail around Rampart Reservoir is a 11.6 mile loop with 444 ft. elevation gain near Woodland Park. Lovely walk around a reservoir through pine forest, Aspens, and along small beach.

Lovely ramble through the woods and along the shoreline of Rampart Reservoir. Small "beach" areas, pine and Aspen forest. Relaxing and easy, though long. 

$8 parking fee per vehicle, collected before crossing dam. Park on far side of dam - toilets available in parking area.
