The 21+ mile Poudre River Trail is a paved recreational trail for non-motorized activities such as walking, cycling, in-line skating, and wildlife viewing up in the lower canyon along the picturesque lower Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area, which extends eventually past Greeley to near the river’s confluence with the South Platte. The trail passes through a number of different habitats and features story posts and interpretive signs.
