NCAR Trailhead
The National Center for Atmospheric Research adjoins the City of Boulder Open Space land and there is trailhead access to many Boulder OSMP Trails from the NCAR parking lot.
The many short and easy trails that start here can be combined for a longer trip. They offer splendid views of the Flatirons and the surrounding open space area.
NCAR has placed a series of interpretive signs about weather along the top portion of the NCAR Trail.
