Mt Blanca and Ellingwood
This is a difficult overnight backpacking trip up both Mt Blanca and Ellingwood point, its a difficult 18 mile hike with 6,800 vertical feet of gain.
For this route we will park at the 2wd parking spot and backpack into Lake Como on day one. Day two will have an early start to summit Mt Blanca, traverse over to summit Ellingwood, return and break camp, then return home that evening. This is the Northwest ridge up Blanca, then traverse over to Ellingwood and back again.
