A spectacular hike through the Holy Cross Wilderness with stops at Fancy Lake and Missouri lakes: 8.7 Miles, 2800 ft elevation gain. This is a loop hike with a very early start to avoid weather at Fancy Pass and Missouri Pass.
All overnight users must have a valid wilderness use permit found at most trailheads. Additional camping and campfire restrictions apply in the East Cross Creek, Missouri Lakes, and Fancy Creek watersheds.
