A moderate trail off Highway 24 below the Tennessee Pass summit, leading to a small lake. There are several Lily Lakes in Colorado. This one is in Park County.
The parking lot is off US-24 on Meadow Dr/ CR-19. OR in good weather drive further to where Meadow Dr turns into FR-131. Stats reflect parking at the parking lot off US-24.
