Kenosha Peak
Kenosha Peak 12,425'. Approach this summit from the Ben Tyler Trail, north or south.
Follow either end of the Ben Tyler Trail toward the large saddle atop the Kenosha Crest. The peak’s location is 39.401416, -105.642085, to the SSE of the Trail and exactly on the South Platte and South Park Ranger District boundary. Choose somewhere between four and five miles in where to depart the trail for an ascent to the broad summit. Total gain from either direction will exceed 3000.' The off-trail segment is mostly tundra dotted by isolated trees, willows, and talus.
