Jim Creek

Out and back trail near Winter Park used year round. Follow the beautiful creek to beautiful waterfalls that swell with rain/snow melt! Considered a moderately challenging trail.

Great trail through Arapaho National Forest. This hike can be a casual walk along the creek or make it an all day hike to summit a number 13,000 foot peaks. It starts at the Bonfils-Stanton Outdoor Center parking directly across U.S. Highway 40 from the main entrance to the Winter Park ski area. With rocky terrain for loose and big rocks, hiking in all seasons requires a sturdy and waterproof pair of boots.
