Horn Creek Trail
The trail follows along the creek and leads to Horn Lakes in the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness. Horn Lakes sit at 11,800'. Beautiful views all around.
Horn Creek Trail to Horn Lakes: 10 miles - 2,900 feet of elevation gain
The trail is fairly rocky with some loose spots. A few creek crossings are required and a brief walk through some Willows before reaching the lake.
