Picket Wire Canyon is home to the largest dinosaur track site in North America, containing more than 1,900 prints in 130 separate trackways along an ancient lake some 150 million years ago. The round-trip hike to the dinosaur tracks area is 11 to 16 miles, 826’ gain from the Withers Canyon Trailhead.
