Colorado River, Williams Fork Confluence

This place is within Kemp Breeze State Wildlife Area near Parshall, CO.

The Kemp Breeze State Wildlife Area is operated by Colorado Fish and Wildlife.  The local CPW SWA office is at 970-6200. One parking area is next to the Kemp Breeze SWA Trailhead.  For flyfishers, it is about a one-half hour wade up from the riverside parking area to the Williams Fork.  The Fork is an outlet from the Williams Reservoir, operated by Denver Water.

Another TH, the Kemp SWA Fisherman's TH, provides access to the Kemp Breeze Fisherman's Trail. That area is accessible for picnicking, wildlife viewing, and has a children's/handicapped fishing pier.  There are other, smaller fishing trails throughout the area. 

There are restrooms nearby both TH's.
