Bluebird Backcountry is a no-lift-service ski area at Bear Mountain on the Continental Divide between Steamboat Springs and Kremmling in northern Colorado. Bluebird Backcountry is a commercially-operated ski area that requires ski passes and snow safety equipment: avalanche beacon, shovel, and probe.  Gear rentals, lessons, and AIARE courses are available.
