Groomed winter cross-country skiing or snowshoeing trails at the top of the Black Canyon. Mileages and elevation changes vary.

National Parks Pass not required in winter South (Montrose) entrance.

Deadhorse Trail (with loop) – 6.6 miles, 682 ft elevation gain. 

North Vista Trail (to Green Mountain) – 7.2 miles, 1,230 ft elevation gain. 

Oak Flat Trail – 1.6 miles, 334 ft elevation gain.
