This is a scramble of Pacific Peak's stunning East Ridge. Climb up to a stunning ridge with steep drop offs on both sides. Scramble along this moderate 3rd class ridge for approximately 1.5 miles. Hike past Pacific Tarn, the highest lake in the US. Then it's a bit of class 2 to the summit of Centennial Pacific Peak. The descent involves a down scramble/hike off-trail past some gorgeous alpine lakes until we get to a trail.
