Let's meet at 9am at the park n ride at the intersection of 93 and 170 near the Shell gas station. Detailed directions will be emailed out prior.

This is a great scramble to get warmed up for those summer traverses! We will climb Quartzite ridge in a figure eight fashion starting on the south side ridge and descending the Rattle Snake Gulch Trail. We will then hike to the north ridge across the creek for the second scramble and come back down the Rincon Wall/Eldorado Canyon Trail.

Warning - this is an exposed scramble. Experience required! Participants should be comfortable and confident with exposure. There are a few easy 5th class moves and we will NOT be bringing any gear for protection.
