Scramble – Flatiron Fridays - East Faces on Overture + Der Freischutz

NCAR Trailhead, Boulder 6:30am

This is another scramble in the book linked below.  Taking experienced Flatirons scramblers only 

Starting at the NCAR Trailhead, head as if going up to Mallory Cave. Just where the Mallory Cave Trail turns sharply right, we go sharply left. Near there is the start of this 5.0 scramble, which is about 500' in length. The downclimb is described as an awkward 4th class.
