Meet at Amante Coffee at Broadway & Yarmouth in North Boulder in time for a 7:15am departure. It's here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Wmxt7rVxTb5Rqsm39
I will drive an 8-passenger SUV that will fit us all. I'll be sure to have a timed entry permit, allowing us to start from Brainard Lake at 8:00am.
We will have an easy hike on the Mt. Audubon trail, then a protracted time of rock-hopping and easy scrambling to ascend Paiute, Toll, and Pawnee, after which we will enjoy an easy hike down the Pawnee Pass trail back to our starting point.
Please send me a message expressing your hiking/scrambling/altitude experience before signing up for this activity. Thank you!
Required Equipment
Be sure to wear shoes with good tread for scrambling. Also be prepared for intense sunshine and the possibility of wind and rain. Any nearby thunderstorm activity may cause us to shorten the route.
