Photography – Denver Botanic Gardens

-Photography in the Orangery for the Gardens Annual Orchid Showcase

-Photo Section Members and Guests are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 17 at the Denver Botanic Gardens for the Annual Orchid Showcase. This event features hundreds of common and rare orchids to view and photograph located in the Gardens' Orangery. Bring a variety of lenses especially a macro lens since you can get very close to the orchids. Also bring a tripod and dress in layers as the interior can get very warm. I will have a diffuser in case we need it. There is also an opportunity to photograph the grounds. If weather permits we will have an outdoor picnic.

We will meet in front of the Visitor Center at 9:30 AM,  1007 York St. Denver

Non-Member Admission: Adults $15; Seniors 65+ & Military $11.50
