Hiking – Orbital Trail - Segment 11
For Rocky Mountain Over the Hill Gang members ONLY. We will hike segment 11 of the Denver Orbital Trail (DOT) – East/West Regional Trail to Cherry Creek Trail. We will be hiking from west to east. Robbie Monsma will be leading this hike from east to west on the same day.

We will meet at 9:00am at Bar CCC Park & Reservoir parking lot, 18962 S Twenty Mile Rd, Parker, CO 80134. https://maps.app.goo.gl/Jj3CtbJ2X6T9h15y5 We will carpool to our starting spot, the trail parking lot near the Schweiger Ranch, 10822 South Havana St., Lone Tree, CO 80134.
The DOT is a walking route that makes a full circle around Denver. We will walk about a mile from the parking lot on the Schweiger Ranch Connector to the beginning of Segment 11. This Segment is described as “A segment that truly makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere!” We will follow the East/West Regional Trail.
