This will be an out and back hike to the Golden Cathedral in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

THIS TRIP IS FOR ESCALANTE MULTIDAY CAMPING PARTICIPANTS ONLY.

This will be a long hike in a very remote area.  Reaching the Golden Cathedral will require water crossings in the Escalante River.  The river could be as high as waist deep so trek poles will be required.  If you want to keep your boots/shoes and socks dry, bring water shoes or sandals.
