This is a hike in Golden Gate Canyon State Park to enjoy the fall colors. We will follow the Horseshoe Trail from the trailhead into Greenfield Meadow. From there we will follow the Mule Deer and the Coyote Trails to the north end of Frazer Meadow. We will then return south on the Coyote Trail, back to the Mule Deer Trail, then follow to a great overlook where we will have lunch with sweeping views, including of the Indian Peaks to the west. After lunch, we will head back on the Mule Deer trail to the camping area in Rim Meadow, then return via the Horseshoe Trail to the trailhead.
This hike is for RMOTHG members only
