This is an LIT hike for Eric Butler
We will travel up the Horseshoe and Mule Deer Trails approximately 2 miles to Frazer Meadow and the intersection with Coyote Trail. We will then return following the Mule Deer and Black Bear Trails and the Black Bear/Horseshoe Connector. This portion of the trail winds through rocky outcroppings with views of the Front Range peaks. This portion of the trail can be steep and includes loose rock, so footing in this may be unstable. These trails are heavily used and shaded, so are likely to be icy.
