Hiking – Geneva Mountain
RMOTHG MEMBERS ONLY - Not going to Turquoise Lake ... me neither!!! Come hike with us on this CMC favorite. We start near the Bierstadt TH, but immediately hike south away from the madding crowds on this scenic, lightly travelled trail. We'll be above treeline the entire hike and have beautiful views of Square Top Mountain, Mount Bierstadt, Kataka Mountain and old Guanella Basin Ski Area.

I know it sounds weird, but we are driving up I-70 and coming back down US285 to avoid the Floyd Hill Construction.
We may stop at the Shaggy Sheep Restaurant or Snowpack Taproom for an aprés hike social.
Required Equipment
Trekking Poles, 2 Liters of Water, Snacks, Lunch, Wind/Rain Gear, Warm Layers, the Bug Repellant, 1st Aid Kit, and the rest of the 10 Essentials.
