Hiking – Garden of the Gods

Let's try to meet in the Overflow Parking lot at 6:45am for a prompt 7am start. This is the first lot on the left as you enter from the roundabout to enter the park.  Please be sure to lock your car and do not leave valuables in sight.

• This will be a fun hike on a decent pace where we would complete a counter clockwise loop around GoGs park. We shall meet in the overflow parking lot, I expect to have ample space.
• The trail is expected to be generally dry, trekking poles could be helpful.
• No pets please.
• We shall travel as a group and practice 7 principles of Leave No Trace. If you need to refresh yourself with LNT, please visit: https://learn.lnt.org/courses/101
• There would be bathroom access around mid-way of the loop inside the GoG Trading Post.
• Some segments of the trail are used by Horse Riders, as a trail etiquette, we shall yield to horses. Horse maneuver expected.
