Carpool meet up at The Fort off 285 at 6:15 am for 6:30 departure.  

Our route, the French Gulch Trail from CR54, near Jefferson, is not to be confused with the French Pass Trail near Breckenridge. Both trails lead to the same point, but our trail is ~ 2 miles shorter. 

Please assess your level of fitness before signing up for this hike, paying particular attention to beginning and ending elevation.

Besides 10 Essentials, including sun protection, rain gear, 2 liters or more of water, and food/snacks, bring bug spray. Poles are highly recommended for stream crossings.
