Hiking – Finch Lake
a.k.a. Finch Lake via Allenspark. My favorite part about this hike is the beautiful view down into Wild Basin from a highpoint. We'll see Chief's Head, Pagoda Mountain, Meeker and Longs Peak up close and personal!!! This hike is for RMOTHG (Rocky Mountain Over the Hill Gang)

Please note: We are starting from the Allenspark trailhead, not the Wild Basin trailhead, as it is less mileage, less elevation gain and it's more scenic, yay!!!
Colorado Mountain Club Parking Lot (north side), 710 10th Street, Golden - 6:30AM
If there are enough Boulder people, we may be able to set up a carpool for them as well.
Required Equipment
Trekking Poles, at least 2 liters of water, electrolytes, sunscreen/protection, snacks, lunch, first aid kit, wind/rain gear, layers, the rest of the 10 Essentials.
