Hiking – Elephant Butte
This hike is for RMOTHG members only. Starting from the West trailhead of Alderfer 3 Sisters Park, we'll ascend via parts of the Blue Meadow, Homestead, and Mt Muhly trails to the Elephant Butte trail to the top. We'll enjoy the view from the top and descend via the same route.

Meet at the Morrison Park and Ride (3485 S Rooney Rd, Morrison, CO 80465) at 7:50am for 8:00 am departure
This hike is for RMOTHG members only. Starting from the West Trailhead of Alderfer Three Sisters Park (5136 South Le Masters Road Evergreen, CO 80439) , we’ll ascend via parts of Bluebird Meadow, Homestead, Mt Muhly and the Elephant Butte trail to the top. We’ll enjoy snacks/ early lunch and the view from the top before descending via the same route.
Optional gathering at The Cow in Morrison after the hike for late lunch or afternoon snack.
