We’ll walk at an exercise pace of 3 mph between murals, and slow down at the murals. This 8’ wide paved trail is used by many bikers, runners and scooter commuters. We’ll walk single file on the right side of the trail. This is an urban hike and you can expect all the sights sounds and smells of downtown.
It is important to park no more than 3 cars in the lot we are using on Grant St. Leader can help organize carpool for those wanting to drive into downtown from the north to meet us at Grant St. Optional but recommended to patronize either the bagel shop or the Yogurtland shop before or after the hike to thank them for using their lot for free parking.
Please advise the leader via email or text of any medical or physical condition that could affect you on this trip prior to day of hike.
An email will be sent to participants the day before the hike with weather forecast, mileage, etc.
Required Equipment
10 Essentials. The trail is paved the entire way, so wear hiking shoes that work for you on pavement.
