Birding Hike: Join Norm Lewis author of "The Best Front Range Bird Hikes" for an informative hike in Castlewood. There are a wide variety of habitats and birds along this route. If coming from the Denver area, you can carpool meeting at the south Cabella's, 10670 Cabella Dr, Lone Tree at 8:50 to leave at 9:00. Meet in the NW corner which is most distant from the retail entrance.  More communication on the carpool to follow.  Notify leader if meeting at the park.

Participants will be sent an email update the weekend prior to the trip.

Hike will center around bird observation and identification with frequent stops.
