Hiking – Boulder Open Space

4:25p, 4:30p departure.  We will carpool from the Chautauqua lot by the Ranger station.  I am in a red Tesla and can take 4.

4:45 Green Mountain West Ridge Trailhead

Green Mountain West Ridge is a fast and easy route to Green Mountain.  It is important that we depart the TH at 4:45 to catch the sunset.  We will have good light for the descent, but bring headlamps.

Most likely will not use them, but microspikes should be in our packs this time of year.
