Meet at Hartwell Park in Ridgway at 7am. The parking lot is at the NW corner of Sherman St and N Railroad St. Carpooling details to follow. We will drive only 2 cars to the trailhead due to limited parking.

This is a LIT hike for Marsha Pritchard. Beautiful forested trail in the Mt Sneffels Wilderness area. The trail starts with a challenging incline for about 1 mile. Then, the trail moderates between pleasantly level and short ascents. Trail is rocky and steep in places and poles are strongly recommended. Beautiful wildflowers and the views are spectacular. We will hike to Lower Blue Lake only. No dogs, please.
