Camp – Morefield Campground at Mesa Verde National Park

Day 1: Drive to the Campground and settle in at the Group Site. Day 2: Morning hike from the campground to the Point Lookout 8427 then free to explore the park. Small hike after dinner. Day 3: 8 mile and 650 ft hike from the campground along Prater Ridge. Then more sight seeing. Day 4: drive home

Once we have a roster, we all can figure out who's riding or driving. Other than gas it's not very expensive because most of us will have a senior pass so we don't have to pay for accessing the park. The single campsites are $20.00 per night. I will let you know later how much for the group site. Great free showers. Please go on the web site and check out what there is. Ranger walks have to be arranged before we get there.
