Meet at the Safeway in Old Colorado City (Colorado Springs area) at 6:00 a.m. for carpool to trailhead. 

Please note that, unless we have high clearance 4WD vehicles, we will be starting this hike on a dirt road. 

This isn't the most pleasant way to start a hike, but the destination is worth it.
