The leader's permission is required before signing up for this trip.  Please email heisecolorado@gmail.com to get that permission.

You must have recent experience doing 3-4 day backpacking trips.  You must know how to use your bear canister or Ursack correctly.  We will not be doing a traditional bear hang.  RMNP requires a hard-sided bear canister.  They told me they will also accept an Ursack with the metal insert.

Our pace will be moderate with rest stops.

You must be a team player with a positive attitude.  Let's have a safe, fun trip!

All participants will share in the cost of the backcountry permit (Total cost of $36).

Itinerary:

The same as listed in the Route/Place, with a different campsite below Lawn Lake.
