Basic Snowshoe – Ditch Road
We'll snowshoe north along the relatively flatish Ditch Road beginning from the Brush Creek Trailhead. The trail countours the east face of Mt. Crested Butte in a beautiful valley with views of Teocalli Mountain. This trip is in conjunction with the West Brush Creek Road trip on April 13th.

Trip Plan:
April 12th -
8:00 am: Meet at the Wadsworth and Hampden Park and Ride
1:00 pm: Arrive in Crested Butte and snowshoe up the Ditch Road
Leader will stay in Gunnison overnight
April 13th -
8:00 am: Depart for Crested Butte
9:00 am Snowshoe the West Brush Creek Road trail
1:00 pm Depart for Denver
In conjunction with the West Brush Creek Road on April 13th. Leader will be staying overnight in Gunnison. Sign up for both trips or the trip of your choice.
Required Equipment
Bring snowshoes, gators, poles with baskets, and microspikes in addition to layers and your 10 essentials.
