This trip is rated moderate because it starts at 10,600 feet elevation and requires snowshoers to have good physical condition.
Though only 4 miles, this trip is a bit strenuous... but one of my favorite snowshoes for the beautiful area and views!

Required Equipment
Participants need to be able to attach snowshoes to their packs in case micro spikes are not sufficient enough for the trail conditions.
Hat, sunscreen, gaiters, snacks, water, layers for variable weather conditions.
Each participant needs their own first-aid kit.
Bring a sit pad for lunch time to eat and admire the views!
