This will be a welcome to winter ascent of some high peaks.  

I have done this in winter a few times.  

Participants will be required to have completed alpine climbing school or have equivalent experience.  

Registration with leader required, those registering without leader approval will be removed from the trip.

helmet, harness, ice ax, crampons, microspikes, ? snowshoes, may carry avy gear for practice (Although will not be necessary for safety since on a ridge and will be avoiding avy terrain).
