.Backcountry Nordic Ski School BC Day. This is reserved for BNSS Students only. We'll work on our skills at a casual pace. It's an out and back adventure so the actual distance will depend on the group. The pace will be governed by the slowest participant and that's absolutely fine!

Meet at Woolley Mammoth Lot, Section FF at 6:30 AM and we expect to be at Coney Flats Winter TH at Beaver Reservoir at 8:00 AM. Message Rick at 303.720.4669 to confirm where you will meet us.
Required Equipment
10 Essentials, winter clothing and day pack with extra food and drink. It looks like it will be very cold, so consider face mask, mittens, goggles.
Helmets: Optional. I like mine because it's comfy and warm, with a good goggle fit. I also like a conservative approach to safety. It's about one's risk tolerance. Although it's unlikely, no one can guarantee you won't fall and hit your head.
