For carpooling, meet at the Wooly Mammoth Park and Ride, Section FF at 7:30 am for a 7:45 departure.
Please split a cost of $25 with your carpool driver.
We will make a comfort stop at the gas station in Downieville.
This trip is primarily an extra chance to ski for for current BNSS nordic ski class participants.
The trail is a paved bike trail in the summer and in the winter is an easier wide and gradual up and downhill ski, a good place to practice your kick and glide. We will only go as far as participants have energy.
Required Equipment
For this trip, bring you pack with your 10 essentials. It will be an easy prelude to your back-country ski day.
Please bring lunch
Bring your metal edged back-country Nordic ski gear.
