Ascending Hikes – Mayflower Gulch to Gold Hill

A ramble around Mayflower Gulch then loop around Gold Hill. There should be great flowers and mountain vistas.

This Ascending Hike will continue to work on altitude, and may include some easy off-trail hiking.  The focus of this hike will be to enjoy the flowers and scenery.

Some of the area may be steep, and you may wish to have hiking poles.  Expect some wind and cooler temperatures on the top of Gold Hill, so bring rain gear and a warm layer.

Meet at Wooly Mammoth Section BB at 6:15 for a 6:30 departure.
