Advanced Snowshoe – Redskin Mountain
This will be a 7 mile and 2000' snowshoe trip where we will do two peaks via a large off-trail figure-eight hike.

We will start at the Miller Gulch TH, then hike south on a forest service road for about two miles, then off-trail for the rest of the day where we will need to posthole through snow. The hike will be 7 miles RT with 2000’ of elevation gain. We will first ascend unnamed 8650’ (about 900’) then Redskin Mtn (another 1100’) in one big figure 8. If we navigate accurately, we should pop out of the woods right at our cars at the end of the day.
- Erika to coordinate a meet up at the 285 Twin Forks PnR for a 7:15 departure.
- Everyone to meet at the Staples parking lot in Conifer at 7:30.

Snowshoes, micro-spikes, and gaiters.
