Application for those interested in financial assistance for afterschool programs, camps, and courses.

Please fill out the form below to be considered for financial assistance. Our financial assistance is on a rolling basis year round. We provided financial assistance based off individual needs and remaining funds. Application forms should be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the start of your program. Please fill out a separate application for each participant/youth.
